With over 12 years of valuable experience in the student housing space, Graceland Residency was officially established in 2025 to set a new benchmark in student living. We are proud to offer a fully upgraded, professionally managed hostel experience in the heart of Vile Parle.
Having previously leased our premises to third-party operators who successfully housed students from prestigious institutions like SVKM, NMIMS, Mithibai College, and other renowned colleges nearby, we recognized an evolving need. We saw the opportunity to significantly elevate the standard of care, comfort, and safety for students arriving from across India. This insight inspired us to take full control, ensuring every aspect of your stay meets the highest expectations.
Today, Graceland Residency is run entirely in-house, making us one of the best hostels in Vile Parle and truly one of the best hostels near SVKM, NMIMS, and Mithibai College. Our unwavering focus is on delivering high-quality, truly hassle-free living for every student. We are dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and secure environment where students can feel genuinely at home, allowing them to focus entirely on pursuing their academic goals with peace of mind.

Mr. Pradeep Sagar
Founder, Graceland Residency
Mr. Pradeep Sagar is the driving force behind Graceland Residency — a space built with care, purpose, and a strong sense of responsibility. As the CMD of Bloom Seal Containers Pvt. Ltd., he brings decades of experience in quality-driven operations, innovation, and building systems that last.
Beyond his success in the industrial packaging sector, Mr. Sagar is also deeply committed to education and community development. In 2021, he established the Bloom Seal Foundation, which works to improve infrastructure and access to education in rural Maharashtra.
His office is located within the same premises as the hostel, allowing him to stay closely involved in the day-to-day running of the property. This personal involvement offers parents added reassurance that their children are living in a space that is not only professionally managed, but also personally cared for by someone who truly values their well-being.
Graceland Residency reflects Mr. Sagar’s belief that students deserve more than just a place to stay — they deserve a safe, supportive home where they can thrive.
